Where change becomes personal

Information is easy.
Follow-through is the work.

You do not need another lecture or a perfect checklist. You need a plan that works on a busy Tuesday, during a hard week, and after the initial excitement wears off.

At Pure Wellness, coaching is a private conversation about what is working, what keeps getting in the way, and what would make the next choice easier. We meet you where you are and build from there.

The foundations

Small decisions.
Repeated with intention.

We focus on the daily patterns that influence how you feel and how consistently you can care for yourself. Every conversation is shaped around your priorities.

01

Protein & nourishment

Build realistic meals and protein routines around your preferences, schedule, appetite, and current plan.

02

Hydration & daily rhythm

Create simple cues for fluids, meals, movement, and other basics that are easy to lose track of on busy days.

03

Sleep & recovery

Look at the routines that support restorative sleep, energy, recovery, and more consistent decision-making.

04

Hunger & cravings

Learn to notice patterns, plan for difficult moments, and respond with practical tools instead of shame or all-or-nothing thinking.

What coaching looks like

Honest support.
Clear next steps.

There is no performance required here. We look at real life, make one useful decision at a time, and keep adjusting as you learn what works.

  1. 01Choose the priorityWe identify the change that would matter most right now, not everything you could possibly improve.
  2. 02Understand the patternWe look at your routines, schedule, appetite, stressors, and the moments that repeatedly make follow-through difficult.
  3. 03Make it practicalTogether, we choose a realistic action with enough structure to guide you and enough flexibility to survive real life.
  4. 04Review and refineAt follow-up, we learn from what happened, keep what helped, and adjust what did not fit.

Support for every stage

You do not have to wait
until you are struggling.

Coaching can help at the beginning, during active weight loss, when progress feels less predictable, and while protecting the progress you have made.

01

Starting

Turn a broad goal into a clear first step and a plan that fits the life you have now.

02

Active progress

Stay connected to the fundamentals while your needs, appetite, schedule, or treatment plan change.

03

Feeling stuck

Review what is actually happening, identify the friction points, and choose the next useful adjustment.

04

Maintenance

Protect your progress with routines, awareness, and a plan for the moments when old patterns begin to return.

Accountability without judgment

No shame.
No performance.
Honest support.

Accountability should help you see clearly, not make you afraid to be honest. You can bring the missed plans, the confusing week, and the questions you think you should already know how to answer.

We will celebrate progress, talk openly about setbacks, and decide what comes next without turning one difficult choice into a verdict about you.

“You do not need to be perfect to move forward. You need a next step that makes sense.”

Questions, answered

Before your first conversation.

If you are unsure whether coaching or a medical visit is the right starting point, begin with a free phone consultation.

Do I need to be using a GLP-1 medication?+

No. Coaching can support people using medication, people who are not using medication, and people transitioning into long-term maintenance. If a medical concern comes up, we will direct you to the appropriate licensed provider.

Is wellness coaching provided in clinic?+

Yes. One-on-one wellness coaching is provided privately, in person, by appointment at Pure Wellness in Cape Coral.

What can we work on together?+

Common topics include protein, hydration, meal structure, sleep, movement, hunger and craving patterns, planning for busy days, accountability, and maintenance. Your priorities guide the conversation.

Will I receive a strict diet or meal plan?+

The goal is not to hand you a rigid plan that only works on perfect days. We focus on practical strategies and repeatable routines. Individual medical nutrition therapy is outside the scope of wellness coaching and may require referral to a registered dietitian or other licensed professional.

How often will we meet?+

The right rhythm depends on your goals, current level of support, and availability. We can discuss a realistic follow-up schedule during your first conversation.

Can coaching help with maintenance?+

Yes. Maintenance is a valuable time for support. Coaching can help you keep useful routines in place, notice early changes, and respond before a difficult week becomes a complete reset.

Does coaching replace medical care?+

No. Wellness coaching does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical evaluation or treatment. Medical questions and prescription decisions are handled by the appropriate licensed provider.

Ready when you are

You do not need the whole plan today.

You need a place to begin. Schedule a free phone consultation to talk about your goals and whether private, in-person wellness coaching at Pure Wellness feels like the right next step.

Coaching scope

Wellness coaching provides education, goal setting, accountability, and support for general health behaviors. It does not diagnose or treat disease, prescribe medication, provide psychotherapy, or replace care from a licensed medical provider or registered dietitian.

Prescription treatment and medical decisions require evaluation by the appropriate licensed provider. Individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.
