Is Pure Wellness an in-clinic practice?+
Yes. Medical evaluations, treatment planning, coaching, treatment visits, and follow-ups are provided in person at the Cape Coral clinic. The free introductory weight-loss consultation is available by phone. When prescribed and appropriate, treatment may continue at home between visits.
Can I take my prescribed treatment home?+
Many patients take prescribed treatment home and self-administer after receiving appropriate guidance. The medical provider determines whether treatment is appropriate, how it should be used, and what follow-up is needed.
What happens at my first in-clinic appointment?+
You will review relevant health history, current medications and supplements, goals, prior experiences, and questions. If you are seeking prescription treatment, the medical provider will discuss eligibility, potential risks and benefits, and appropriate next steps.
Is a medical evaluation required?+
A medical evaluation is required before prescription treatment can be considered. Scheduling an evaluation does not guarantee that a prescription or a specific treatment will be appropriate.
Do you accept health insurance?+
Pure Wellness does not bill or accept health insurance. The clinic can explain current pricing before you begin a service or treatment.
How much does treatment cost?+
Cost depends on the service, treatment, medication, and dose. The initial weight-loss phone consultation is free. Ask the clinic for current pricing before making a treatment decision.
How quickly can treatment begin?+
Timing varies. It depends on completion of the medical evaluation, the provider's determination, any information that may be needed, and treatment availability. Pure Wellness will explain your next steps after the evaluation.
What should I bring?+
Bring a government-issued photo ID, a current list of medications and supplements, relevant health information, and the questions you want answered. If the clinic needs anything else for your appointment, you will be told before your visit.
Where exactly are you located?+
Pure Wellness is inside J. Lee Salon Suites at Coralwood Shopping Center. Enter J. Lee Salon Suites at Suite 180, check in at reception, and continue to Pure Wellness in Interior Suite 10.
What happens during a follow-up visit?+
Follow-up visits may include a progress review, discussion of side effects or concerns, coaching, refill planning, and adjustments to the care plan when appropriate. Current patients can schedule an in-clinic follow-up with Mona.
Are results guaranteed?+
No. Every person responds differently, and individual results vary. Pure Wellness provides evaluation, education, personalized planning, and follow-up support without promising a particular outcome.
